WALL STRIPS-WINDOW SEAL-POLICY: NO WALL STRIPPING OR WINDOW SEAL WASHING OR CLEANING.
BECAUSE MY LIABILITY INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER THAT
PART OF THE CLEANING INDUSTRY. BUT I WILL DUST AND
VACCUM THE TOP SURFACE OF THE WALL STRIPPING OR
OR BASEBOARD. ALSO, I WILL VACCUM THE BOTTOM PART
INSIDE THE GLASS SLIDING DOOR.
FLOOR STRIPPING IS THE BOTTOM PART OF THE WALL THAT
SEPARATES THE WALL FROM THE FLOOR.
CONDO'S HOME TURN-KEY POLICY: FOR ALL CUSTOMER'S WHO MUST BE AWAY DURING THE PROCESS
OF SANITIZING THEIR HOME THE CUSTOMER MUST LEAVE THEIR
DOOR KEYS ON KEY -RELEASE WITH THE SECURITY OFFICER ON
DUTY. NO LEAVING DOOR KEYS WITH SERVICE OPERATOR PRIOR
TO THE APPOINTED DATE TO SANITIZE THEIR HOME.
NOTE: THE CONDO HOMEOWNER DOESN'T NEED TO BE IN THE HOME
DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS OF THE SANITIZING BECAUSE
THERE IS A SECURITY OFFICER ON DUTY TO PROTECT THE
HOME AND THE SERVICE OPERATOR. AND THIS SAME
POLICY APPLIES TO APARTMENTS THAT HAVE SECURITY
OFFICERS ON DUTY. REFERENCE IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
TO ALL CUSTOMERS IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH
EACH CLIENT WHO IS VERY IMPORTANT TO M&M MAID SERVICES,
BUT OFTEN THE CLIENT MIGHT NEED TO DECLINE THE SERVICES
FOR WHATEVER REASON. THAT IS OK BUT NOT BECAUSE THE
